We ship out orders on Mondays thru Friday at noon EST. All in-stock orders received by 6am on those days will ship then. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered other than to be cancelled. Also, we cannot hold orders for shipment at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Time

We offer several shipping options:

• USPS First Class Mail (packages under 1 lb.) is the least expensive and takes 5-7 days.
• USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days.
• We also ship by FedEx and UPS domestically, and DHL for international. Please note that FedEx and UPS shipments may utilize USPS for the last mile and final delivery. If you need something rushed overnight, please contact us. Please note that as a result of COVID-19, all shippers have suspended their delivery guarantees.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to the following States:

• California
• Maryland
• Massachusetts 
• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Texas

Late or Missing Packages

• All carriers are running a little slower these days due to COVID-19. We find that the overwhelming majority of packages arrive at their destination eventually, so we ask for your patience.
• Once tracking shows the carrier has possession of your order, it is literally out of our hands. In the event your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If it is determined your order is indeed lost, please let us know so we can help resolve the situation.
