We know that it can be tricky shopping online! There's just no substitute for holding cases, bags, and barrel products to experience the quality and application.

Standard Returns

If the bag you receive isn't what you were expecting, send us an email to party@wyldwyrks.com and let us know what you'd like to return, and whether you'd prefer to exchange, a refund, or store credit. After emailing us about your return, pop it back in the box it came in, write your order number on the outside of the package, and mail it back. Once we receive it back, we will send an exchange, issue a store credit, or issue a refund, depending on your preference. 

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original and unused condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Custom and Branded Product Returns

Because custom products are made to order, they are not refundable.
